No one smiled at me but my dealer. I got no warm welcoming feeling after spending 28000 on my 4Runner and trading in our car we've had for 6 years. The sale was hasty and left me with I got no warm welcoming feeling after spending 28000 on my 4Runner and trading in our car we've had for 6 years. The sale was hasty and left me with many questions. Marc did remedy some of my concerns and stayed in contact woth me through the whole process. I just couldn't be sure everything was factual. Like the brakes, I was told that the brakes were replaced but after I got the 4Runner my brakes were squeaking so I took em to service and they replaced the back brakes and told me they wernt new. I also had a question about why the service wasn't showing on the Carfax I requested. All in all I'm so happy that I have my 4Runner, I am just not looking forward to coming back into the dealership unless it's for merch. More
