I found the whole process of buying the car a little confusing and didn’t feel like everything was explained well. Also we met with Xavier who was excellent but Blair also was taking care of our case an confusing and didn’t feel like everything was explained well. Also we met with Xavier who was excellent but Blair also was taking care of our case and he was not very helpful or friendly. Only communication was when we came in to pay. The only text we received from him was “when will you being the rest of the money” when we had already discussed this the day before.
