The keys were dropped in the night slot and the following morning bright and early, 7:00am, Mike called to asked what had occurred. I explained what happened and by 8:30 i had received a call back explaining what needed to be fixed. The part (alternator)was stock, gave me the quote and said he would call when it was done. I got a call at 1:00 that the repair was done. Yippee... Being from out of town and having your vehicle break down can ruin your vacation,but not this time. I regularly service my vehicle at Fletcher Jones. The shuttle service is prompt, full-service free coffee bar and car wash are much appreciated added bonuses. For me the convenience of the shuttle is key, not only do they get me to work on time, they call ahead to ensure my pick up time works for me. They never try to push products or services. My next car will definitely be a Toyota, not only because they are the most reliable but because I want to continue with the professional staff at Fletcher Jones. More
