I emailed all Toyota dealerships in the area for pricing and only Findlay and Fletcher Jones responded. Fletcher Jones has a better price without the VTR charge that Findlay has. The Findlay rep was rude if you didn't respond within a day or two to their emails. Sam and his team from Fletcher Jones were very professional the entire time until I was ready to make a decision. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for a new Toyota. They were able to make me a good deal on the 2010 Prius and gave me a good deal on my trade in. There was no hassle and all departments were quick to get me out of there including Finance. I recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new car! More
I was very concerned with the dealer that we bought the car(s) from - Findlay Toyota of Henderson. Their service, on more than one occasion was extremely poor. I looked for another dealership and found F car(s) from - Findlay Toyota of Henderson. Their service, on more than one occasion was extremely poor. I looked for another dealership and found Fletcher Jones Toyota. I called the dealership, and was pleasantly surprised when an actual person answered the call. I scheduled a maintenance appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted with an extremely service adviser. After receiving the service, the service adviser, brought me my paperwork and took the time to describe the total condition of my car. The other dealership service advisers I became in contact with never provided me with this service. I would recommend Fletcher Jones Toyota to anyone. I went to the dealership on 2 I wanted to share the bad experience i had at Fletcher Jones Toyota at 3255 East Sahara Ave. Las Vegas, NV. 89104. I went to the dealership on 22 Sept. 2009. I was interested in buying a new Tundra Crewmax. The first person i talked to was a new guy and was not very knowledgeable about the trucks so he went and got another salesperson. His name is Emmanuelle Mambali. This is the conversation i had with him. Me: "Im looking for a Toyota Tundra crewmax" Mambali: : We have a few on the lot here" Me: "I just want the basic model (Tundra Crewmax 4.6 Automatic V8 Black exterior/interior)" Mambali: "How much are you looking to spend?" Me: "..Around $30,000" Mambali: "We have some Sequoia" Me: " I want a Tundra..if i have to special order it thats ok" Mambali: "Lets go inside and see if i have any in stock" I sit at a desk and he goes to look for the truck i want. 15 minutes later he returns. Mambali: "All i have is a WHITE Tundra with the options you want." Me: "I dont really want the color white but lets go ahead and look at it" Mambali: : "Its not here on the lot its still at the factory." Me: "Well then i just want to special order the Tundra with the options i want. How long till it arrives? Mambali: "Between 30 to 60 days." Me: "Ok thats fine...any chance you can give me a better price on the truck?" Mambali: : "No, because its a special order the price is nonnegotiable." Me: "Ok, how long is this price good for..i want to think about it" Mambali: " I thought you wanted to buy a truck today? The price is only good for today only." Then Mambali starts telling me a sob story about how another customer came in and wanted to buy a Prius. Mambali gave him a test drive and the works. Then the customer offered Mambali a price that was to low and he ended up with no sale. Mambali: "... I dont like customers that wastes my valuable time like that." Me: "Well since you wont negotiate the price on the Tundra can i have a copy of the price report so i can think about it?" Mambali: "No!...what are you gona do go shopping around at other dealerships?" Me: "Of course...A smart shopper shops around first before they buy. So can i have a copy?" Mambali: "No...No matter what dealership you go to its going to be the same price...all the dealerships buy the trucks from the same place." Me: "Ok ill just go somewhere else." As i get up to leave Mambali says to me "Thanks for wasting my time!" I apologized to him for "wasting his time" and i left. I definitely will not be going back to that dealership ever again! More
After checking all the dealerships in Henderson and Las Vegas for the sole purpose of buying a new Prius IV - 2010, I discovered that Flecter Jones Toyota and Desert Toyota were the only two dealerships in Vegas for the sole purpose of buying a new Prius IV - 2010, I discovered that Flecter Jones Toyota and Desert Toyota were the only two dealerships in the valley that did not "pack" an extra charge onto their contracts for VTR or Vehicle Theft Registration. An extra charge of about $200.00 to $300.00. Knowing this, we drove the Prius and liked it and Flecter Jones Toyota. That night we called Steve (our salesman), and told him that we would be in on Friday August 7, 2009 to sign a contract - pay cash - with no negotiations, if he could find $100.00 somewhere, since they were $100.00 more than Desert Toyota on their doc fees. There is no negotions on the Prius, docs fees or the VTR. Steve told us that he would find the $100.00 somewhere and to come in. We went in, waited 25 minutes (we didn't have an exact appointment) showed him the print out from "Toyota's build your Prius" total price was $30,760. With sales tax, title registration and doc fees, it was 33,679. After spending an hour, Steve said he was told by management that he could not give us the $100.00 that he had promised. With the cash for clunkers going on now, this is not a time for the regular person to buy a new car. I hate buying a new car. I will now wait until there is better competition for the Prius. More
I offered on a Toyota Certified used 2005 Camry on Fletcherjones.com. I was informed that my offer was accepted. I was happy at this point. Then I spoke to Sam Upton regarding my trade. He took over a day to return my call, and never answered his phone when I called. I told him that I had a 2003 Camry that I would like to trade, I told him that it is worth $7000.00, and his dealership sells them currently for $11,0000.00. He told me to bring it in tomorrow and it shouldn't be a problem. I called him and left him a message that I am on my way. He called me back an hour later and told me that we have no deal, that the bluebook on my car is less than $3000.00. The bluebook for trade is $7000.00. I looked it up myself on Kelly Blue Book and on NADA's website. Fletcher Jones is also offering new car financing on Certified Used Cars, but when I asked to get that he told me that the rate would be 7.9% at best. Keep in mind he hadn't even seen my credit report yet. I said but you offer new car financing at 1.9% and that is what I want to take you up on. My credit is excellent, so if they really are giving new car financing that should be my rate. He told me that he would call me back when he returned to his desk. It is now 24 hours later and still no call. I guess these guys don't want to deal with informed buyers! Also I got my '03 repaired a couple of years ago (body damage), and most of the repairs are falling apart, so I definatly would never go to them for service. I have already blackballed Desert Toyota for ripping me off when I bought my car, now Fletcher Jones if off the list. Guess I have to try Centenial. More

I had a great experience at Fletcher Jones Scion. Very friendly from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left with the new Scion. If you are looking for a dealership that is great to deal friendly from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left with the new Scion. If you are looking for a dealership that is great to deal with and cares about what you are looking for and not just there to make a sale. This is the dealership you need to shop at. They have a great selection to choose from with a great sales dept willing to help make the car that you want. I am already talking to them about trying to find me a car that I am looking for that is not out for sale yet. I fully trust this dealership and will shop with them from now on. More
Awesome service! Made my appointment by phone, came it at the right time for my 30k service, was told about and hour, 30 minutes later, my car is done, clean and ready to go! He told me I don't need to go to that co. and he can beat whatever better deal that they offered to me.He told me that I was approved for a brand new car and the monthly that i can afford.So, in other words that same day me and my family went to fletcher jones in sahara las vegas. My husband ask him again what's is the deal that we got.Rashid(sales person mngr)told us we approved a new vehicle that we want as long as we give him a $500.00 check no problem about our monthly payment he can work it out the montly payment that we can afford finally we choose a toyota sienna.We sign papers,and i issued a check of $500 and my kids are happy of course we got a new car.Rashid left and there's another guy came the guy who showed the car he was the one who continued letting us to sign the papers asking insurance co. all those stuff.He told we have another hour we still need to talk to fernando regards the gap insurance and so on. Fernando pulled out our credit and assured us we got the car and he offered us the insurance.We sign papers again and telling about his personal life.He told just wait ti'll 2 weeks and they someone will be calling us regarding our registration.Here it comes 16 days after no ones calling us nothing,never heard anybody not even from my salesperson at least to ask if we like our new car nothin.nobody's calling us so me and my husband was started to worried if whats goin on.I called back and look for the person who is doing the registration and I found from this lady(kendra the it's not even in process or anything and she doesn't what happen to it) I live a mssg. to fernando's office but he did return my call by the next day it ws friday.He told me that everythings ok that was his job he don't need the car back so not to worry.Monday,at noon time I got a mssg. on my voice mail from jason that he needs the car back by the next day.They are all unprofessional I told jason why you guys did not call me the day after 2 days after they just told me all ineed to do is just for for my registration. And now u want the car back which I just sold my old car.What he want us to do letting my kids to walk going to their school.They're such a very unprofessional and not enough knowledge to run that business.They're full of lie in their face. i need someone to return my complain.Thank you.
