First things first, this is our second toyota Prius, great car. First I want to say my experiance was excellant, getting a new car was never this easy, the salesPerson that I was dealing with was excell great car. First I want to say my experiance was excellant, getting a new car was never this easy, the salesPerson that I was dealing with was excellent and a great person no sales pitch he gave me the facts and let me decide on my own, after I decided to buy the vehicle, he took over and mae everything so smooth it was hard to believe, He told me about the toyota service agreement and carried me over to the service writer to get the 5000k service set up, he also introduced me to the parts people at the counter, and also the Sale Manger, He also explaned all the new stuff I needed to know about the new Prius and helped move all the stuff from one vehicle to the new car. And I was on the Road, and I need to add, when we pulled into our garage after leaving the dealership we got out of the car and heard air coming from the front tire it was going flat, I called walter and told him what was going on and he handled it great. we called roadside servie and it was changed, the next morning Walter met me at the dearlership and Handled the whole thing. I Applaud the way he handled the problem and put me at ease with no problems at all. I want to THANK Walter Adams and Fletcher Toyota for another Great experiance. When i came to buy my new tacoma from flecher, my old truck had a shell on it. My new tacoma did not at the time, i told the sales person i was to transport a rescued german shepard to california in th truck had a shell on it.
