Took my Sequoia in for a routine oil change. The staff did a great job all the way around. Great dealership, friendly people. It was a really nice experience. If I had any complaint it would be that when I got the truck home I noticed a little paint missing on the passenger side door. My husband and I first went to Fletcher Jones to see a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe we had seen online. Tony Gatto was our sales man and we bought the Santa Fe with wonderful help from him and the Finance dept. 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe we had seen online. We spoke to Sam and he was great in getting us all set up. We took the Highlander in and knew the amount of work that was going to need to be done but Sam called and informed us of every step plus cost. No sticker shock for this and a bonus was given in a discount! We loved our entire experience with Fletcher Jones and will continue to use them for both our vehicles.
