He was also very considerate and aware of our unique work schedules (we work at night) and took that limitation seriously while helping us to complete everything needed to buy this car. We've bought cars at other dealerships around town and the comparison couldn't be more stark. Horrible. Poor communication. Don't buy from this Dealership. They don"t call email you back in a timely fashion. Let me start by telling you that this is the fourth car I have bought at this dealership since 1992. That should tell you something. But I have to say that this experience was, by far, the best I have had an have bought at this dealership since 1992. That should tell you something. But I have to say that this experience was, by far, the best I have had anywhere. Usually, the whole car buying thing isn't something I would say appeals to me. It is usually a long process, which I understand, but, don't look forward to. Well, this time, I came in and was taken to Shawn's office and from the time I sat down until the time I left, with my Camry, I felt genuinely welcome and was well taken care of. He took the time to explain the things I didn't understand, and still does. He is a real "people" person and made me feel like he wanted me to be totally happy with whatever car I chose. I was there for several hours and it didn't feel like several hours. It was really a good experience for me and I left your dealership feeling good about the choice I made. I used USAA's car buying service and found the exact car I wanted at Fletcher Jones. Shawn was our salesman and was extremely helpful and willing to take the time to show us the vehicles we were interested in looking at. My advice to potenial buyers is to try other Toyota dealerships when buying a vehicle that is something other than a Scion. (Scions offers no haggle prices so the dealership has no control of the price dealerships when buying a vehicle that is something other than a Scion. We have had several recent encounters with this dealership and they never seem to want to help there customers get the vehicle that they want. Now Mario on the other hand has always been nice to us. He has always tried to do anything he could to try to make a deal happen. It is unfortunate that his managers or the person responsible on making the numbers happen who make the whole buying experience very stressful and unpleasant. So take the time out and try other Toyota dealership. They as well have kind and freindly sales staff but are willing to make you happy with the vehicle of you choose to buy. More
My experience buying a used car from Toyota was pleasant from beginning to end. When I inquired about a car via another website, Shawn got back to me in a timely manner, set up an appointment and had me tes from beginning to end.
