Great customer service! I am new to the community and was not sure who to contact about buying a car. The car I wanted was sold by the time I arrived and helped me to find another one within my price range. DW Toyota of Las Vegas and James Johnson OMG!!! How they haven't put the other Toyota Dealerships out of business already is beyond me. The only thing I can come up with is the public isn't OMG!!! How they haven't put the other Toyota Dealerships out of business already is beyond me. The only thing I can come up with is the public isn't aware of Salesman James Johnson. He was truly exceptional! He's working on giving car salesman a good name, one deal at a time. I would be remiss if I didn't say the entire staff was nothing short of excellent, and honest (believe me I tested them numerous times). From their no pressure approach to their willingness to work with the customer for a "win-win deal" they surpassed the others. James isn't kidding when he says he treats his customers with respect. After we purchased our 2016 Toyota Corolla S Plus and returned (several days later) to pick up the paperwork, James made it a point to greet us. He again took the time to show us the navigational system and answer our questions. He showed us the service department and even set up out first appointment. If that's not first class service then I don't know what is!!!! It's so refreshing to know we weren't just a number. Our sincerest "thank-you" to James and the entire staff of DW Toyota of Las Vegas. We were introduced to everyone in the dealership including the service manager . The finance office Vinnie was great and he honored all agreements and didn't try to oversell us. Excellent Service! Good Guy! My wife and I were looking for new vehicles. Mine had recently been totaled and hers was getting a bit old. I shopped around with multiple dealerships before ending up at David Wilson's in front of Shawn Locke. OK, lets be honest, nobody likes dealing with car dealers. You feel like they are all just scammers trying to rip you off! Shawn didn't make me feel this way. Obviously he needs to make money but I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off. After negotiations and some serious thought we went ahead and purchased two vehicles. I'm not sure if we got the greatest deal but I feel confident that we got a good deal and we were totally treated fairly throughout the whole process. I'd definitely recommend Shawn to a friend!
