Let me start by telling you that this is the fourth car I have bought at this dealership since 1992. That should tell you something. But I have to say that this experience was, by far, the best I have had an have bought at this dealership since 1992. That should tell you something. It is usually a long process, which I understand, but, don't look forward to. Well, this time, I came in and was taken to Shawn's office and from the time I sat down until the time I left, with my Camry, I felt genuinely welcome and was well taken care of. He took the time to explain the things I didn't understand, and still does. He is a real "people" person and made me feel like he wanted me to be totally happy with whatever car I chose. I was there for several hours and it didn't feel like several hours. It was really a good experience for me and I left your dealership feeling good about the choice I made. Shawn was our salesman and was extremely helpful and willing to take the time to show us the vehicles we were interested in looking at. My advice to potenial buyers is to try other Toyota dealerships when buying a vehicle that is something other than a Scion. (Scions offers no haggle prices so the dealership has no control of the price dealerships when buying a vehicle that is something other than a Scion. We have had several recent encounters with this dealership and they never seem to want to help there customers get the vehicle that they want. Now Mario on the other hand has always been nice to us. He has always tried to do anything he could to try to make a deal happen. It is unfortunate that his managers or the person responsible on making the numbers happen who make the whole buying experience very stressful and unpleasant. So take the time out and try other Toyota dealership. They as well have kind and freindly sales staff but are willing to make you happy with the vehicle of you choose to buy. More

The best Toyota dealer in town, I was looking for long time for a Rav4, I Remembered Billy Chang from Fletcher Jones Chevy and when I heard from a friend he was at Toyota i called him and told him i was time for a Rav4, I Remembered Billy Chang from Fletcher Jones Chevy and when I heard from a friend he was at Toyota i called him and told him i was looking for a used Rav4, he told me he would keep an eye out and a few weeks later he called me and said there a was used rav4 that one of his customers had traded in recently and was in great shape, he personally had checked the car and knew it was a good car, I was impressed Billy remembered me, I went down and bought the car the next day, Gina in sales and Fernando help with the process, everyone very professional,I have very confusing work schedule so I had to come back a couple of times to install lo jack and to sign for extended warranty but everyone was very patient with me. my english is not good, Billy explained to me about the extended warranty and i am happy i have it, i dont think i will need it, because Toyota is a good car. i recomend Fletcher Jones Toyota, and Billy and Gina are best. I work at the Bellagio and i showed pictures of my beutiful Rav4 to friend and I told her about my experience, she went to fletcher jones and bought a brand new corolla. she love her corolla. More
