This is my 2nd car that I bought from Fletcher Jones Toyota. I traded in my 2006 Rav 4 for a 2011 Rav 4. Beth and Julian were amazing! Beth hunted across the country for the car we wanted and when it didn't exist she went out of her way to order a specially built one to meet our desires. She also kept us country for the car we wanted and when it didn't exist she went out of her way to order a specially built one to meet our desires. She also kept us appraised throughout the whole process, how the build and delivery was going. Both Beth and Julian's proactiveness of tracing our vehicle down when delivery got directed to the wrong city prevented a 2 week delay in us getting our car. Julian took extra care in showing us every feature and how to operate them before we decided on which car to buy as well as again (with superb patience!) when we picked up our new car. He even made sure my 2 kids each had a game controller for our entertainment system since he knew the standard 1 it came with would cause sibling fighting! His professional attitude, in-depth knowledge and "customer first" approach sealed the deal for us switching from long time "Ford owners" to "going Toyota". HORRIBLE!!! I have bought many new cars in the past and have always had a great experience. The only reason we bought at this dealership was because they had the car we wanted in stock. Every step of the have always had a great experience. The only reason we bought at this dealership was because they had the car we wanted in stock. Every step of the purchase including the sale, financing, registration, etc was a complete disaster. Not only was the dealership unprofessional,they lacked knowledge of the process. Not only did they continue to make mistakes, their efforts to remedy those mistakes only made them look worse. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. STAY AWAY! More
I ARRIVED AT THE FJ TOYOTA/SCION SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON 09-06-11 @ 0800HRS, WITH MY NEWLY PURCHASED FJ TOYOTA 2011 MATRIX A LITTLE DIRTY AFTER THE LABOR DAY HOLIDAY RAIN, AND NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. T 09-06-11 @ 0800HRS, WITH MY NEWLY PURCHASED FJ TOYOTA 2011 MATRIX A LITTLE DIRTY AFTER THE LABOR DAY HOLIDAY RAIN, AND NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. THE SERVICE STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY BOGGED DOWN WITH VEHICLES SCHEDULED FOR SERVICE. MR. GRAY ASKED ME WHAT I NEEDED, I TOLD HIM MY NEW VEHICLE WAS DIRTY AND NEEDED A WASH. HE, WITHOUT QUESTION JUMPED RIGHT IN AND MOVED MY VEHICLE TO THE BACKLOT AREA FOR WASHING. THIS HAPPENED RAPIDLY. WITHIN A MATTER OF TIME, MY NEW VEHICLE WAS WASHED AND READY @ THE SERVICE PICKUP/RELEASE AREA, JUST LIKE THAT. MR. RICKY GRAY HAS ALWAYS GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO ASSIST MYSELF & OTHER CUSTOMERS, SINCE I PURCHASED MY 2008 SCION XB, ACROSS THE STREET AT THE "OLD" FJ TOYOTA PROPERTY LOT FROM THE CURRENT FJ TOYOTA "NEW HOUSE" LOT. I AM VERY HAPPY TO KNOW THAT FLETCHER JONES TOYOTA HAS A TERRIFIC SERVICE/PARTS DEPARTMENT MANAGER ON DUTY, CONSTANTLY MAKING SURE THAT I GET TREATED FAIRLY AND MY VEHICLE GETS SERVICED ON TIME. Service with Fletcher Jones Toyota, and in particular with Billy Chang, is always fast, friendly and completed enthusiastically and knowledgeably. Not my first rodeo, I bought the car from FJ 18 months with Billy Chang, is always fast, friendly and completed enthusiastically and knowledgeably. Not my first rodeo, I bought the car from FJ 18 months ago, and have been taking it to them for regular oil changes and scheduled maintenance ever since. If I forget, then I get a great reminder. And if I have an issue with the car, I can call and ask what I need to do and get a prompt, informed answer.....no guess work. It's the best experience I've had with car ownership yet.....and I've had a few. Highly recommend this dealership and Billy. More
I would recommend this dealership for the following reasons: 1. From the moment I walked on the property unannounced Mr. Gray helped me through the process. Though tired of shopping for cars over the week prior to my visit Mr. Gray's low key approach was just what I needed and wanted. 2. He answered every question I asked and checked with other personnel or sheets with specifications when he needed to or I wanted more information. 3.Mr. Gray did not pressure me whatsoever and actually listened to what I was saying as opposed to people at another Toyota dealersip who laughed at much of what I was saying and set me up with 24% financing even though I had acted in good faith with money down to hold the truck, and wished to pay cash, etc.etc. Had enough? Mr. Gray was great as were others I had brief contact with while in the building. I will recommend him (and already have) to my colleagues. More
I recently traded a 2004 Toyota Corolla for an awesome 2008 Camry!! I walked into the dealership and immediately had excellent customer service. I spoke with Shawn via email prior to arrival and by the time I got there he had options waiting for me. He was very passionate in deciding the best car within my budget. He was honest and upfront. Once we agreed on a monthly payment he intrduced me to Beth, who was an amazing women!! They took the keys to my old car and came back with a great trade offer. Lastly, I met with Julian who understood that I was a college student and also knew what I needed in a car without me having to say a word. My test drive went smooth and the deal was closed without any questions. I was not expecting to go into Fletcher Jones that day and purchase a car, I was simply there to ask questions. These three are a great team and very trustworthy people. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Julian is a down to earth guy and keeps you laughing. Beth is an amazing business women who does everything possible to see you leave with keys and a smile. Shawn is a really cool and funny guy who is very passionate and has your best interest at heart. Words could never express how thankful I am that I met these three, they are more than just my sales team..they're friends for life!!! This dealership is great. They are very friendly and helpful. I work with Robert Zimmer 90% of the time because he is always completely straight forward with me. I tried it once and will never go back. I prefer to go out of my way to get me car serviced because of the great customer service I get. And I know my car will be serviced right the first time. More
