Harold Gussman answered my first call to them and had some great recommendations When I went in to buy the new car, I worked with Randy Juba. The sale was terrific, they gave me the trade-in price I wanted, Zero percent financing, and found the exact car I wanted from another dealer. The whole thing was seamless. The only reason I went to Centennial for repairs was convenient location. I don't care how far I have to go to get the service, I'll always take it to Dave Wilsons. Fraudulent dealership I test drove one car and it was switched out for a lessor model. A salesman Nelson approached me saying he was going to lose his job if he didn't sale I test drove one car and it was switched out for a lessor model. A salesman Nelson approached me saying he was going to lose his job if he didn't sale cars. I told him I'd come in and when I didn't he bugged me until I did. He told me his brother is a manager and they'd hook me up. They sold me the L model while pushing the LE. I never tested the L or had no idea what I had bought. They just insisted on delivering the car to my home that same night, without my down. Because the car was very different I complained. I filled out and online survey, I thought had came from Toyota.com, I thought would be confidential. Within an hour I received a call from the CSM regarding my complaint, after explaining to her, I then get a message from Nelson asking why I had complained against him. I was told 4 days later to return the car, because of my income. I did and now I am having an issue with the return of my deposit. They charged me over $19,000 for the L model with no added features. @Toyota should be ashamed. I have 2 signed contracts and now they're saying I don't qualify. More

Sam U and Randy J were sincere and trustworthy, and upfront with me. They helped relieve much of my anxiety about leasing a new car and explained everything in a simple and understandable way so I was comfortable with my decision. Not to mention, I didn't spend countless hours waiting for pricing and financing. In just two hours I was driving away in my beautiful new car. I couldn't have asked for more! More
Poor customer service! I got a 2014 Toyota Camry from here early March. I was told I had to resign my contract due to issues with a bank. I resigned later on in the month. Only to find out it's a scam some dealers do to get you to pay higher interest rates and higher payments.(i am a first time buyer) then I had issues with getting a green slip to register my car. I was told by Jeremy shankster from the financial department that it would be ready in a few days. A few days go by I call and ask for my green slip, front desk have it. I get transferred to the financial department they say it's there and to come pick it, I drive down there and they don't have it. This happened four times in a row! I finally get them to print me a day later after the placard expires! I talk to Jeremy shankster about this and he says the DMV will apparently waive the late fees or they will cover it. When I try to register the car I find out it doesn't have valid passing smog test! Which apparently dealership smog tests are good for 90 days. I go back there and they send me to Sarah Kilby. She apparently goes out to get the smog test again or something. She comes back with a smog for a completely different car! I am already late to register the car getting charged late fees. Which I asked the DMV is like only six dollars for my car. They literally want to write me a check for six dollars! This place has horrible customer service! More

TACOMA! NO ONE can BEAT DAVID WILSON (Literally) I was recently involved in a Car accident and my car was Deemed TOTAL, and I wanted the exact color and trim of my TACOMA, but with extra accessories. I was recently involved in a Car accident and my car was Deemed TOTAL, and I wanted the exact color and trim of my TACOMA, but with extra accessories. TED and ALAN and HUTCH was so genuine and caring that they didn't want me to leave without me knowing that they will do everything they can to find the exact car I was looking for. Going through the process of dealing with no car and to getting a car can make anyone's life difficult. Within 24 hours they have located my exact car and everything I wanted. From the start to the end they stayed until I left the dealership in my brand new TACOMA. No Complaints at all and even thought I arrive at 5:45pm and left at 10:30pm my feelings still didn't change because the car I wanted was perfect and the deal was amazing. More

Dissatisfied Customer Recently I tried to assist my grandson in leasing a vehicle from David Wilsons Toyota dealership on E Sahara in Las Vegas. I found this experience to Recently I tried to assist my grandson in leasing a vehicle from David Wilsons Toyota dealership on E Sahara in Las Vegas. I found this experience to be tragic!!! We began on Dec 31st with him taking the vehicle and it ended Feb 2nd with the sales rep calling to report that the bank never accepted our loan, after I was told to, "come pick the car up. The deal is done." In addition we have been threatened, cursed, and accused by Jan Sheinfeld stating that My grandson stole two vehicles off the lot and that they would call the police on me and my grandson if we did not come in the next day and abruptly hung up on us. In addition I was also sent two different contracts with two different dollar amounts and was asked to just sign both of them for the one vehicle. As a senior, I have purchased many vehicles and have never been treated in such a harsh and unprofessional manner. More
