Don't buy alarm system. I purchased a new Tundra from Burnett Newkirt. He was a perfect salesman to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. I dealt with the finance guy named Sal and bought a overpriced alarm system that was not what he told me it was. I then found out I had a alarm system on my truck that did everything this alarm system did that came stock on the truck. After doing some research online about the alarm system I asked for my money back 2 days later and they said NO. I was stupid enough to believe Sal about this new fancy alarm system and I am embarrassed to say what I paid for it He new I had the alarm system already on my truck and still pushed this overpriced system on me. I went back and argued for my money back again and they gave me 1/3 of it back. They still had to smile on that sale that Sal made after giving a 1/3 back because they still made a huge profit. If you must buy from them deal with Burnett but watch them on every deal they make More

Within a few minutes of hanging up the phone, I received a text message with his information in it. Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist and told that James would be right with us and to have a seat. James came over and introduced himself and we spent a few minutes getting to know each other. He asked us what we were looking for and immediately took us to begin looking at cars. We had already been looking and shopping and knew what we were looking for. We found the car that we liked within 5 minutes and test drove the vehicle. James was very helpful telling us about the features and simply making conversation to help us feel like we had known him for years. The negotiation was quick and easy and we ended up with the Avalon that we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Overall, in our opinion, this is the way that buying a car ought to be. Everyone at the dealership could not have been nicer and this experience could not have been better in my opinion. We had shopped at other dealerships, including another Toyota dealership in the area, but the experience that we had at David Wilson's Toyota of Las Vegas was second to none. More

Gregg Smith was a constant professional throughout the entire time period, giving my wife occasional calls, and emails informing her of Sequioa's we would ACTUALLY be interested in. I stopped by David Wilson's Toyota one day after work to look at a car Gregg had mentioned to my wife. Charlie Eagle stepped in for Gregg and did things for me that no else in town had ever offered. 3 hours later Charlie was dropping me off at my front door in a new 2014 SR5 Sequoia. The finance team was the best, and I got a great deal. I will definitely be coming back to this team for my future cars! Nobody in town come close in customer service. More
