Great customer service! I am new to the community and was not sure who to contact about buying a car. DW Toyota of Las Vegas and James Johnson OMG!!! How they haven't put the other Toyota Dealerships out of business already is beyond me. The only thing I can come up with is the public isn't OMG!!! How they haven't put the other Toyota Dealerships out of business already is beyond me. The only thing I can come up with is the public isn't aware of Salesman James Johnson. He was truly exceptional! He's working on giving car salesman a good name, one deal at a time. I would be remiss if I didn't say the entire staff was nothing short of excellent, and honest (believe me I tested them numerous times). From their no pressure approach to their willingness to work with the customer for a "win-win deal" they surpassed the others. James isn't kidding when he says he treats his customers with respect. After we purchased our 2016 Toyota Corolla S Plus and returned (several days later) to pick up the paperwork, James made it a point to greet us. He again took the time to show us the navigational system and answer our questions. He showed us the service department and even set up out first appointment. If that's not first class service then I don't know what is!!!! It's so refreshing to know we weren't just a number. Our sincerest "thank-you" to James and the entire staff of DW Toyota of Las Vegas.
