Great sales team, very friendly and helpful. However, the service department needs to re-train in customer service, they were rude, acted put upon, and greatly frustrated me. Even though I made an appointment for 10am, I was told there were a LOT of people ahead of me and it would take 1.5 hours. 2.5 hours later after chasing down my "service manager" and asked how much longer it would be, he stated it was ready and was looking for my paperwork. He finds it quickly and hands it to me to pass off to the valet, The valet says its in line for the car wash and it would be "a while" 30 minutes later the car arrives almost as dirty as it was when I dropped it off, bugs on the windows and bumper, the inside untouched. For the second time I am frustrated and disappointed with thier service. Thankfully i found out that I can take my car to another dealer and still be covered by toyota care. I will not go back to fletcher jones for service. More
I had a great experience with Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion. The dealership is very persistent in helping customers. The staff was friendly and helpful. I forget the receptionist's name but she was very nice (9/17/12 11 am). Larry Francis did great with the test drives. Beth Kittelson worked her "magic" and sold me a new car instead of an old one. William Fluker offered a lot of information on the warranties and extras. I was quite impressed with the fancy Fletcher Jones Toyota keychains, fancy binder for the car information, and Fletcher Jones bottled water. I felt spoiled by the end of the day. More

Very professional, and friendly people. Treated customers with respect. We had only spent less than two hours bought a new car with a great price comparing the same model car from other dealership customers with respect. I would definitely recommend Flecher Jones dealership to everyone to service or shop for a new car. Danny, Lee and Wil were GREAT, FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL!. We (my husband and I ) have purchased/leased several vehicles over the last 25 years and I have to say until our visit to Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion, t (my husband and I ) have purchased/leased several vehicles over the last 25 years and I have to say until our visit to Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion, the experience has always been a painful one. Previously purchasing a car has lasted all day, with salesman, finance persons that seemed to enjoy stretching out the process as long as possible. And always projecting an attitude they were in charge and you were not and there was nothing you could do about it. At Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion it was completely the opposite. Danny offered his services on our arrival and SURPRISE actually listened when we stated we were just looking. He gave his name, some directions on where we could locate the different types of vehicles in the lot and again SURPRISE stepped away. When we met Lee, he offered Dannys assistance again to narrow down the selections we were interested in. Thats when the car buying process actually became enjoyable. Both Lee and Danny provided sympathy on our recent accident experience and seemed genuinly concerned that no serious injury had befallen anyone in our family. They both provided information on which "deals", warranties were currently available for several different models and styles. We kinda of ran Danny ragged with comparison shopping. He was gracious and geniune the entire time. Once our decision was made, the financial paperwork began with Wil and again SURPRISE it was not painful at all. Now I understand that having really good credit and a substantial down payment may have helped make the process easier, however earlier car buying experiences with the same circumstances still took hours and hours and hours and hours. Once our purchase was approved, Wil then completed our experience in a totally positive way. It was like dealing with a family friend known for years it was that comfortable. There was humor, shared experiences and true concern that we received all the options, information available on our purchase. When my husband returned mid week to have the loJack system installed Wil took excellent care of him. My husband was impressed that he was remembered and treated with the same geniune courtesy and friendly manner, especially since the purchase was completed 5 days prior. A vehicle is a big and sometimes huge purchase and in these tough times the competion can be fierce for the same dollar. If being treated with respect, courtesy and friendliness is important to you, Fletcher Jones Toyota Scion is the dealership to visit. The fact is, we purchased a Toyota two years ago using the same method that we'd used for the last 4 cars we'd purchased. Last month we purchased another Toyota. And again we purchased at Fletcher Jones the same method that we'd used for the last 4 cars we'd purchased. Last month we purchased another Toyota. And again we purchased at Fletcher Jones. Our method of purchase consisted of searching Consumer Reports, KBB and JD Power and then other methods of narrowing down price on a specific vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Once we decided on the specific year, make and model we contacted every local dealer via email and let them know of the exact new car we wanted. Initially we only contacted dealers via email as we are interested in saving time. We told each dealer the same thing as we sent the exact same email to each one of them. Things such as, we didn't care about color and that we just wanted a new vehicle that was the least expensive one in that make, year and model. We shop by price once we narrow it down to the year, make and model. That is all that mattered and we gave every dealership in the Las Vegas valley the same opportunity to give us the best quote. Most dealers responded fast. Just like last time (two years ago). Findlay Toyota was the only Las Vegas dealership that took a while to respond and then never really followed through with a competitive offer. Again, just like last time (two years ago). Anyway, back to Fletcher Jones Toyota on Sahara. They were great to deal with. They had the lowest price which is all we care about but its also nice to know that what I thought might take several days, only took a few hours (from an early morning email search to purchase). And the time at the dealership was just enough time to swap the keys for the check, just like last time. We will always shop for a new car in this way as its the best and fastest way to shop. And it gets to the lowest price faster than going around to all the dealerships. We did everything on the internet, first. And we could not have gone to one dealership and done what we did with all of them in such a short time. Started early in the morning and after lunch I had my new car! Desert Toyota and Centennial Toyota were the two others with very close pricing for the vehicle we were interested in. By the way, Costco Auto Buying program was of ZERO help, again. We used them last time and they sent us to the Toyota Dealership in Henderson. What a waste of time. Once again they did NOT have the lowest price on the vehicle we were looking for and they did not have great follow through service. So if you are looking for a new car and you want the lowest prices, don't waste your time on gimmicks or "auto buying programs". Just go to East Sahara and see Greg or Elizabeth. More
I spent the entire day Saturday checking out dealerships in my area. My first stop for Fletcher Jones Toyota where I was assisted by Larry Francis. Larry was very patient and easy to deal with in helping me find the truck I was looking for. I continued on to two other Toyota dealers but was put off by pushy and unprofessional sales staff. I returned to FJT that afternoon and purchased a new Tacoma Pickup. I could not be happier with the way things were handled. Though Larry was busy with another customer, I was helped by Tony Gatto who was very knowledgeable and shared some great tips on how to take care of my new truck. I highly recommend Fletcher Jones. And if you want an accommodating sales person who is not going to pressure ask for Larry Francis. More

I was looking for a specific vehicle at the end of the model year. Tony and I had never met in person, only email and phone, however he was so patient and deligent you would have thought he was a family model year. The model with features and colors I wanted was no where to be found in Las Vegas. Tony went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I wanted, made arrangements to have the vehicle delivered, and even shopped around for the best transportation costs. I walked into the dealership for the first time to find my perfect car waiting for me. We had talked price and numbers and had done all negotiating over email. The total amount of paperwork time probably took 30 minutes. I did have to wait because the car was so dirty because of transportation, but Tony was a stickler for the car to be cleaned so well, that when the detailing did not live up to his expectation, he made arrangements for me to come back for another complete detailing. I have bought over 15 new cars in my life and this was by the far the easiest and most pleasant experience ever. I would highly recommend contacting Tony for anything you might need. More
