I found this experience to Recently I tried to assist my grandson in leasing a vehicle from David Wilsons Toyota dealership on E Sahara in Las Vegas. I found this experience to be tragic!!! We began on Dec 31st with him taking the vehicle and it ended Feb 2nd with the sales rep calling to report that the bank never accepted our loan, after I was told to, "come pick the car up. The deal is done." In addition we have been threatened, cursed, and accused by Jan Sheinfeld stating that My grandson stole two vehicles off the lot and that they would call the police on me and my grandson if we did not come in the next day and abruptly hung up on us. In addition I was also sent two different contracts with two different dollar amounts and was asked to just sign both of them for the one vehicle. As a senior, I have purchased many vehicles and have never been treated in such a harsh and unprofessional manner. More

My only complaint is that I came in with a letter promising me a gift card from Target up to $500. I was told I would receive it 3 times, but never got one. I would of given 5 stars if they would of delivered their promise of the gift card. More

Absolutely Terrible!!!! I purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry from Dave Wilson's Toyota October 29th, 2016. I was told I had to put $2500.00 down and I would also have a $2000.00 r I purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry from Dave Wilson's Toyota October 29th, 2016. I was told I had to put $2500.00 down and I would also have a $2000.00 rebate to go with the down payment and my loan would be at a 2.9% interest rate. The finance manager said I was being charged msrp for the vehicle. Only problem was he used the msrp for a higher model when I was purchasing the base model and the rebate on my contract was $500.00 not $2,000.00. Typical bait and switch. It is definitely my fault for trusting his word and not checking myself, but ultimately they over charged me over $4500 for my vehicle. To add insult to injury they were supposed to hold the down payment for 21 days but deposited by the second week. The deal had not gone through yet because the bank did not want to go below 5.9% so the dealership tried to pretty much bully me into the deal. I refused and requested to unwind the deal and give me my money back as it had already been 3 weeks and almost time to register the vehicle. The finance managers Vinny Bonefitto and Ted Piper told me that was not going happen and that he was calling the president of the bank to make it go through. He was able to make it go through for the 2.9% after threatening to contact an attorney and demanding my money back. Be very cautious and aware of what you're signing before doing business with them once they have your signature they will not let you out. I signed a form stating I understood there is no return policy which is understandable since I clearly signed it but if the deal didn't go through a customer should definitely be able to unwind it without being bullied and disrespected. I am a single mother of 5 which they were very aware of when I purchased the vehicle but that does not matter to them at all they will squeeze as much out of you as possible if you let them. Buyer's beware, don't make the same terrible mistake I did by doing business with Dave Wilson's Toyota. Go to Findlay Toyota, they're very friendly and also let you return the vehicle if you're unhappy with your deal. More
Highly Recommend David Wilson Toyota, due to James Johnson My wife and I bought her 2002 Toyota 4Runner from Brad Blomquist, now retired, but Brad recommended we work with James (Jimmy) Johnson at David Wilson My wife and I bought her 2002 Toyota 4Runner from Brad Blomquist, now retired, but Brad recommended we work with James (Jimmy) Johnson at David Wilson Toyota for a hassle free and highly professional and honest experience. That is exactly what happened with Jimmy. I called him and explained I had done the research, knew what I wanted (year, model, all features in detail), and told him how much I was prepared to pay. Jimmy and I worked this all out on the phone and the only trip I made to the dealership was to sign for the vehicle and drive it home. In addition to this Jimmy Johnson and David Wilson Toyota offered us more than a Carmax quote for our trade in, so it was a one stop shopping experience literally. Jimmy and all of the David Wilson staff were very polite and professional, and my wife and I walked away with the best possible deal and experience in buying a new car. If this sounds like how you would like to buy your next new vehicle I strongly recommend you contact Jimmy Johnson. More

Bait and Switched -- BUYER BEWARE !! BAIT AND SWITCH -- BUYER BEWARE!! Don't do it! Sadly, we fell for Ted Piper's "bait and switch" We negotiated in good faith for a 2016 RAV 4 XL BAIT AND SWITCH -- BUYER BEWARE!! Don't do it! Sadly, we fell for Ted Piper's "bait and switch" We negotiated in good faith for a 2016 RAV 4 XLE with Convenience Package, for an OTD price of $28,195. The second highest was AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas for only $100 more. We were calling from California, and helping a friend in Las Vegas. Our Las Vegas friend does not speak English very well, and comes form a country which does not question those in authority (this is an important fact). After several conversations, Ted confirmed the pricing specifics by email. When the time came to purchase the car, all our friend had to do was to fill out the paperwork, and drive away with the car. It was only later that we realized that the car she drove off with DID NOT HAVE the Convenience Package (list approx $2.1K). When asked why he would sell us a car without the Convenience Package when ALL of our conversations clearly specified this requirement, Ted's response, to say the least, was unsatisfactory. Foolishly thinking he was still "a nice guy", we wanted to undo the purchase and get the car originally intended with the Convenience Package. Ted said this was doable. Ted then proceeding to exercise us by getting us to have AutoNation confirm in writing that their low pricing was valid. Making us believe that he would still do right by us, we did so. Ted still kept stringing us along, and after lots of conversations, and giving Ted the multitude of information he requested, he finally admitted that he wouldn't do anything for us. Ted baited and switched product on us, strung us along afterwards, and had no intention of doing right by us. SO STAY AWAY. These guys are classic car dealer xxxxxxxx! More
Worst dealer ever/don't go here I have been with Toyota for 7 years this dealer was the best when it was fletcher jones Toyota everyone was about helping and giving the best deals po I have been with Toyota for 7 years this dealer was the best when it was fletcher jones Toyota everyone was about helping and giving the best deals possible and now they are for each other ( David Wilson Toyota) service is horrible. Bought a highlander from them and it has given me the worst problems and head aches ever... I brought it up to the financial service manager sal and his best offer was buying the car of me and selling me another one.. I only owe 18,000. On it now and he want to sell me a 2015 used certified for 35,000-50,000. No way I will rather keep mine but just fix it if I wanted a bad car I should of just bought it of the street.. If you decide of buying a car don't come here go to centennial or anywhere else but here.. I also got the platinum warranty supposably its bumper to bumper and now they tell me some stuff are not cover... Worst deal ever...Rob Hamp also seemed annoyed seams like he doesn't want to help anyone out. Like I said they are all for each other. He was looking at his computer at stories on yahoo. Not even paying attention to us... Need better staff and not lazy employees . More
