He was fast , didn't mess around, The Rav 4 was ready, and Nelson synced my phone showed me where everything was and how it worked, we found a ittsy bitsy place in the paint by the trunk , which needed to be fixed Sara Kilby called and set up a appointment to get the alarm activated and scratch fixed, I'm a ole gal and I couldn't have treated better ..
