Me estafaron disiendo q Avia Sido aprobada y me pidieron 6mi Fui al dealer el dia 6/10/17 para ver si calificaba para comprar una toyota tundra 2017 me atendio Chema y se me dijo q Avia Sido aprobada y me pidier Fui al dealer el dia 6/10/17 para ver si calificaba para comprar una toyota tundra 2017 me atendio Chema y se me dijo q Avia Sido aprobada y me pidieron $6mil dolares y me dieron la troca ala semana me llegan cartas disiendo q no Avia Sido aprobada hablo con el de financiamiento y me disen q no agas Caso q asi llegaban ala 2 semana me siguen llegando cartas pregunto a Jeremy que pasaba me dise esperame otra semana y le dije no quiero mober la camioneta por q tengo miedo a las millas o que le pase algo me dise Jeremy no manejala no hay probema tiene nose te va cobrar nada ala 4 semana una llanta se me poncha y la reporto con Tania me dijo traila camioneta el jueves y yo le pregunto denuebo no me van a cobrar me dise no no hay ningun cobra y me hablan del dealer q llebara a entregar la camioneta antes de la cita y cuando voy a recojer el dinero me lo regresan corto no me regresaron Los $6mil q di de entre y me disen q por las millas y por q tienen q comprar una llanta q por q ya no la pueden vender con esas millas al Valor anterior les dije q por q me la dieron si el Los Sabian q no Avia Sido aprobada y al ultimo no se me dio nada de mi dinero me estafaron More

Stormed out from the dealership cause of badly treatment. I have to comment about the way we were treated yesterday at your dealership. We had a very nice treatment by a young latina lady that help us a lot. I have to comment about the way we were treated yesterday at your dealership. We had a very nice treatment by a young latina lady that help us a lot. She help us in a very politely manner that made us feel welcome and for that I have to tip my hat to her. Unfortunately we didn't BUY A CAR from your dealership because of a xxxxxxx finance guy, I cannot name him because he didn't even bother presenting himself by name at all. He treated us very rudely, expressing that we were holding them down and he's making us a FAVOR by offering us a deal, which by the way we had happily accepted by then. But, that unapologetic behavior and smug from YOUR representative didn't make us feel welcome, on the contrary. I just have to mention that it is SAD that just one person makes you all look bad against the Spanish speaking community were we belong. I hope that this is not the way your company does business regularly, because I don't see how you will manage to sell with that type of treatment. I was lucky that the deal was off before signing anything. Who knows how worse we could have been discriminated by your people. My experience at David Wilson's was the opposite of what I was expecting! The enjoyable experience I had was due in no small part to the amazing customer service I received from Allen and Hutch. Both Allen and Hutch went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me at a price I could afford. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured to purchase anything, most of our conversations revolved around dogs, food, and teasing Hutch mercilessly! Both Allen and Hutch made me feel like they actually cared about me beyond the commission I could get them and I will be purchasing all my new cars from them as long as I am Las Vegas. More
