He told me I don't need to go to that co. and he can beat whatever better deal that they offered to me.He told me that I was approved for a brand new car and the monthly that i can afford.So, in other words that same day me and my family went to fletcher jones in sahara las vegas. My husband ask him again what's is the deal that we got.Rashid(sales person mngr)told us we approved a new vehicle that we want as long as we give him a $500.00 check no problem about our monthly payment he can work it out the montly payment that we can afford finally we choose a toyota sienna.We sign papers,and i issued a check of $500 and my kids are happy of course we got a new car.Rashid left and there's another guy came the guy who showed the car he was the one who continued letting us to sign the papers asking insurance co. all those stuff.He told we have another hour we still need to talk to fernando regards the gap insurance and so on. Fernando pulled out our credit and assured us we got the car and he offered us the insurance.We sign papers again and telling about his personal life.He told just wait ti'll 2 weeks and they someone will be calling us regarding our registration.Here it comes 16 days after no ones calling us nothing,never heard anybody not even from my salesperson at least to ask if we like our new car nothin.nobody's calling us so me and my husband was started to worried if whats goin on.I called back and look for the person who is doing the registration and I found from this lady(kendra the it's not even in process or anything and she doesn't what happen to it) I live a mssg. to fernando's office but he did return my call by the next day it ws friday.He told me that everythings ok that was his job he don't need the car back so not to worry.Monday,at noon time I got a mssg. on my voice mail from jason that he needs the car back by the next day.They are all unprofessional I told jason why you guys did not call me the day after 2 days after they just told me all ineed to do is just for for my registration. And now u want the car back which I just sold my old car.What he want us to do letting my kids to walk going to their school.They're such a very unprofessional and not enough knowledge to run that business.They're full of lie in their face. i need someone to return my complain.Thank you. I can not say enough good things about Fletcher Jones Toyota. I purchased my 2004 Toyota Tacoma in October of 2004. I can not imagine a better product. I love my Tacoma. Almost $8,000 in repairs..... virtually the entire front end had to be replaced...... On July 31st................ it was finished. As of todays date, October 21, 2008, I have not had one problem. I feel like I have a brand new Tacoma. I tell all my friends what a great product Toyota is. I tell all my friends what a great dealership, Fletcher Jones is. Then we spent hours trying to find that exact vehicle and at the best price. I have purchased several Toyotas: an Avalon, two Corollas, and a Matrix for my family. My brother and sister both have a Prius. These were from several different dealerships and we had a pleasant experience at them all. And we got good deals on them all. The other dealers I have purchased from did not have the exact truck my daughter wanted. I had never dealt with Fletcher Jones Toyota but I contacted them to see if they did. I spoke to Daniel Perdomo: he had the very truck and we rushed to Fletcher Jones to buy it. I greatly enjoyed working with Daniel and he got us a great buy on my daughter's dream vehicle. Our oldest Toyota is a 2005 and it's almost at 100,000 miles. It had replaced a 1995 Camry that had 200,000 miles without ever needing a major repair. We figured that Camry could have gone another 200,000 but we wanted a new car and a bit more luxury. Not one of our Toyotas has ever needed a major repair (except due to an accident!) Our cars get a lot of use and some don't get much respect...I haul hay in my Matrix...and Fletcher Jones will be the first place I call when we need to replace one of them. More

I first stated considering Totoya after driving a friends purchase of a 2007 Matrix(m-theory model) and being concerned about gas milage in a 2003 Ford Taurus used to transport children to and from school. I inquired about quotes from all four dealerships in Las vegas for two diffent models, Matrix, Corolla. The FelcherJones dealership was the one that responded with email(as requested) rather than a phone call. This is why I elected to go with them. We had been shopping for an economical car for about two weeks. We had done our research with Consumer Report and pretty much had decided to purchase a Honda Fit. We only stopped into Flecher Jones to com weeks. We had done our research with Consumer Report and pretty much had decided to purchase a Honda Fit. We only stopped into Flecher Jones to compare the ride of the Toyota Yaris just to solidfy our car choice. Steve Cuomo proposed that we take a test ride in a Camry first before testing out the Yaris. That's when we recognized how quiet the ride was inside the Camry compared to the amount of road noise we could hear from inside the Honda Fit. The diffrence was dramatic. We immediately rejected the Honda Fit idea and focused on the Toyotas. Though we liked the power of the Camry the price was more than we wanted to spend and the gas mileage wasn't good enough so we purchased the Toyota Yaris. It only had 5 miles on the odometer when we first got in. We put another 5 miles on it during our test drive. We have now put on 2,500 miles and know that we made the right car purchase. Part of signing all the paperwork was to meet with Paderes Tinoco. He was great. He treated us like family. He was receptive to our questions and took the time to answer all of them. He was very personable and thorough as he explained the documents and the details of our warranty. After the close of the sale Steve even drove our other car home for us so we could drive our new car home. I thought that was great service after the sale. The reason I gave "Price" a low rating was that the final sales price of the car, with all the "fees", was $2,130 more than the sticker price. Considering the sticker price was only $15,015, the "fees" amounted to another 14.20%. Granted we had learned about sales taxs and transportation costs from the other dealerships we had shopped at but it would have been easier to budget for the 'real' price of this car had the out-the-door price been posted in addition to the MSRP. I really didn't like saying "yes" to a $15K car and walking out the door with a $17K debt. One thing I would do differently is not accept the extra 'service' that was tacked onto the price of the car for $350. This was for five oil changes and detailings, which isn't a bad deal, but it wasn't what we went into Fletcher Jones to buy. Toyota says that because the cost of the oil changes were added into the MSRP we cannot reject the package after the sale and get our money back. $350 is a lot of gas money at 32 MPG and considering the Yaris needs oil changes every 6,000 miles it will take me 2 1/2 to 3 years to use up the service. More
