This dealership was the ONLY Toyota dealership that listened I had attempted to find a solution with a brake issue for a 2004 Corolla. There is no way I will ever consider their services. If they are that unpleasant on the phone how are they in service department? Yelp reviews - you nailed the other dealerships on the head! David Wilson's customer service actually answered the phone, were kind, resourceful, helpful, honest, knowledgeable and thorough! Horrible supervisor. Horrible customer servie My husband and I were in search if a Tundra. We found two we liked but first wanted to be sure to get a fair deal on our trade in. A BMW 750 LI. I asked for the invoice of the truck at which time the supervisor Martin slammed the invoice down on the table and said they would sell me the truck for that price. I had additional questions which seemed too much of a burden for Martin. He yelled at my family which included my three young children to " get the xxxx out." As if this was not bad enough as we walked out he proceeded to walk behind us throwing his hands in the air telling us to get out. My children were terrified. DO NOT buy here. Read the other horrible reviews and save yourselves the hassle and the scare! More
