Perfect I walked in your dealership ,found my perfect car Rav 4, with the help of Nelson Scharf my Sales Consultant, that stayed with me through the whole pro I walked in your dealership ,found my perfect car Rav 4, with the help of Nelson Scharf my Sales Consultant, that stayed with me through the whole process, ,I might add, he kept going back and forth until he and Mark Preston, made it happen for me and the dealership..!! Then sent me to Sam Upton to finish the paperwork. He was fast , didn't mess around, The Rav 4 was ready, and Nelson synced my phone showed me where everything was and how it worked, we found a ittsy bitsy place in the paint by the trunk , which needed to be fixed Sara Kilby called and set up a appointment to get the alarm activated and scratch fixed, I'm a ole gal and I couldn't have treated better .. These guys can work Miracles I was in bad shape with a lower than average credit score, I was about to buy a 10 year old Toyota off a used car lot I found on craigslist, but lucki I was in bad shape with a lower than average credit score, I was about to buy a 10 year old Toyota off a used car lot I found on craigslist, but luckily I was reffed to Randal by another one of his happy customers, This guy can make magic happen, I wasn't really expecting to leave with a car that day, but he worked with me and got me into a 2017 Toyota Camry with only 20k miles for not that much more than I would have been paying for a 10 year old car with 100k miles. Please if you're looking for a good car at a great price come to this dealership, they were fast at accommodating me and everyone was funny and friendly. Best car buying experience of my life More
