Phenomenal Service We sat down with James around 2 o'clock in the afternoon had our new car and all paper worked signed and filled and out by 3:40 pm. This guy knows Toyota cars and deserves to move up!! Promote this guy now or soon. Every Toyota dealership needs to have a guy like this on board. Wido Van Muyden heads this department and should be commended on having a guy like Scott G. on board. The front cashier lady "Lucy", i think is a great lady too. Car was returned back dirty and with scratches. I would like to let everyone know I purchased 2016 toyota my first service was done and y car was returned dirty assistant told me we are sorry our ca I would like to let everyone know I purchased 2016 toyota my first service was done and y car was returned dirty assistant told me we are sorry our car wash is out of service really? This big number one dealership is out of service? Unbelievable that is the main reason we love coming to toyota service to get a full service not half way service. After spending 2 hours for a basic check I am not satisfied at all! My neighbor told me he had to go also to the service at sahara toyota dealership two month ago and they did the same thing to him returned his back not washed and with full of scratches all over his vehicle. Not happy will not recommend. Prefer to drive to Centennial toyota and get a better richer service. If I had a chance to th put a single star I would do it very Terrible why these people get paid for a half way work! Everyone should be rehired again for a better service I hope this message gets a corporate attention. Thank You! More
