Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable about their products and seemed to provide only straightforward and honest answers to our questions. On Saturday, 1/4/20 I contacted Toyota staff for service and when answering the phone he was very much irritated by the fact that he had to bother with me as a customer. I indicated I would be happy to speak to someone else if he was busy. He stated he did not have the staff to help me and hung up. I did call back three times only to be transferred several times and obtain a voice mail. I left a message and never received a call back. What great service they provide for those that like to not be serviced. I have now contacted Centennial Toyota for my services. They were very delighted to assist me and provide me services in maintaining my vehicle. More
