Customer Service Drove in for a 0937 appointment at 0906, Maintenance advisory had me wait for his manager to verify my complaint. Manager never showed up. Asked the Drove in for a 0937 appointment at 0906, Maintenance advisory had me wait for his manager to verify my complaint. Manager never showed up. Asked the maintenance Adviser to asked for a shuttle which i had already coordinated online. Waited an hour and no shuttle. Had to get my own ride back to work. I hope you guys fix this I have 6 Toyota Tacoma's in my fleet that i will go else where to maintain. More
