The salesman, Ryan, was great. Had the car we wanted to look at available for us right away so we were able to go on a test drive inside of 5 minutes. Always have to wait at least 3-5 hours, regardless what my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything. Service technicians aren't checking everything under the hood anymore to let me know if there's any my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything. Service (and prices) used to be a LOT better a few years ago but have been getting worse every year. Am starting to look around for another auto service place to start taking my car. More

Was told i was not in the system and then that i had no appointment. Waited 4 hours before i was told what was wrong with my car. Had to leave my car overnight.
