Lafresha, We're disappointed that you are dissatisfied. We let you know that after the repair was completed, more testing would be required in order for us to determine if any other damage was done by the overheating issue that brought you in for this repair. You approved this repair but declined further testing. Since then you've driven your vehicle to California and back and had two overheating issues. This could have been avoided had you allowed us to do these tests after the repairs were completed. It's because of this that we have chosen not to cover the cost of a rental vehicle.
