The entire experience, from the test drive to signing, took approximately two hours. I should have read the reviews before I bought a car here! The most dishonest, lie to your face sales person. After he sold me the car, I told him I did not agree to the finance terms he said I did. I s here! The most dishonest, lie to your face sales person. After he sold me the car, I told him I did not agree to the finance terms he said I did. I said no I did not. He (Cedric), argued with me on the phone, then argued again and lied directly to my face in person to tell my I agreed to options I did not. He shows me the deal sheet even. I show him, where it states OPTIONAL!!! No initial by those terms my friend. They corrected it eventually, after I had to refuse to leave and speak to ALL the higher up management. But Toyota records still not corrected 2 weeks later. After speaking to the General Management, and requesting that the sales person be spoken to after this experience, no accountability or apology whatsoever on his behalf. BE CAREFUL AND BE WARNED.
