It was very busy when I pulled in. I was informed it would be a couple of hours and if I wanted a ride somewhere, I chose to hang out there. I then went to Fermin to see my options of buying a car, who was also very helpful. He was very patient with me and understood I wasn’t expecting to have to make that type of decision and didn’t pressure or rush me. I would definitely recommend their service department and sales reps to service/buy a car! More

The salesman, Ryan, was great. Had the car we wanted to look at available for us right away so we were able to go on a test drive inside of 5 minutes. Always have to wait at least 3-5 hours, regardless what my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything. Service technicians aren't checking everything under the hood anymore to let me know if there's any my scheduled service is. No coupons for anything.
