I’m writing this with a sense of frustration and regret. I ended up putting more down on the vehicle than I initially planned because I was focused on finding a car that would help my family save on gas, es I ended up putting more down on the vehicle than I initially planned because I was focused on finding a car that would help my family save on gas, especially with visits from loved ones on the horizon. However, the experience left me feeling taken advantage of at a vulnerable time. I was given a handwritten commitment that if I put down $20K, my monthly payment would be $400. When we finalized the agreement, I was suddenly told that this was not possible. This left me in a difficult spot, and now I am forced to dip into my savings to put down an additional $3K. I initially avoided leaving a review because everyone I dealt with was kind and respectful throughout the process. However, after receiving multiple follow-ups for feedback, I felt compelled to share my honest experience. While the staff were courteous, the way this situation unfolded was disappointing, and it’s something I believe other customers should be aware of. More
