Initial conversations were with Diego over text. Appointment was set with him. At 5:02 pm he text that he would have the car up front for me. At 5:45, time of our appointment, he text that it sold. Conveniently, he text he had another more expensive car available. Obviously, bait and switch. I do not play games when it comes to my money. At this point, I stopped correspondence with him. I still went to David Wilson Toyota because it is only minutes away from my work. Jaime approached me. We took test drive, went inside to discuss sale. I found Jaime to be condescending. Both times he came back from talking to 'The Manager' the numbers on paper did not match. I questioned him, he told me not to look at those numbers, look at these. My response, 'I will look at all the numbers.' When I asked further questions, he would talk over me and not answer my questions. Extremely exasperating. He said, one plus one is not three. Insinuating I am unintelligent because I did not agree with his math that does not add up. Jaime does not know what an emergency kit is. He gave me a first aid kit and was adamant that this was the emergency kit. I actually had to look it up and show him a picture. The same with the console organizer. He asked me to show him a picture. I have no confidence in him at all. Absolutely showed he has no simple knowledge of this car Clinton, then spoke with me. Totally different experience. He actually listened and answered my questions. He is the reason I purchased the car. More
Ryan was very good at keeping communication with us while we worked with him. I feel that if he had been there when we arrived, we would’ve have a great experience overall, but glad to hear he is recovering we worked with him. There was a lot of miscommunication. Things I had talked about with Ryan weren’t passed along to the other sales people when we went to sign. Then they did the paperwork with my last name on there as my first. And a month later , I still don’t have the correct paperwork to register my car at the DMV. Too much miscommunication and inconsistency. More
