Everything started great the salesman Kris, was wonderful, fun and extremely helpful. The finance guy Junior was not very fun or friendly but maybe if you finance with them, it would be different. wonderful, fun and extremely helpful. The finance guy Junior was not very fun or friendly but maybe if you finance with them, it would be different. For me, too many issues with trying to pay for the car. I was not told of any payment method restrictions. I did state I would contact the bank to increase the charge allowance for my debit, and I would then use my debit card for the full amount the next day. So yes, I was frustrated and confused when they said they could not accept the full amount on a debit card. They did offer other options however they involved me trying to scramble to the bank at 4pm on a Friday to get a cashier's check or spending more money for a wire transfer, or they said I could sign a finance contract with them??? It was at this point that the wonderful, fun experience went to xxxx. The salesman became extremely rude, with abrupt behavior and a nasty tone. As an older lady this started to feel a little scary and intimidating for me. I guess they changed because I was less than thrilled by the lack of communication, frustrated by their inability to understand my issues with all of this and very sad that this once exciting moment, was now no longer a happy one. Finally, after 2 hours of back and forth, I decided to leave, magically they then agreed to take my debt card. I believe they knew that if I left, I would not come back, intent to buy contract or not. Once the payment was done the rude and abrupt behavior became even worse. The last sales manager Klinton, did try to make things better but unfortunately by this time I was extremely uncomfortable, intimidated, and feeling scared to the point of tears. I just wanted to leave. I am hoping my grandsons or google will help me understand this new car stuff. I don’t expect them to understand the state that they put me in, and I don’t imagine they honestly care, but to sum this all up, there are missing pieces and issues with the car that they did agree to fix, but I will be paying someone else to fix them as I no longer feel safe or comfortable going back there. More

Good experience with David Wilson Toyota. I hate the car buying experience and this wasn't much different. But we were able to negotiate with them a decent deal. But it's still a factory.
