I spoke with Joseph Green about the airbag light on the inside of my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He set up an appointment with me to resolve the issue. He provided me with a loaner car until the repair was complete. Joseph kept contacted me several times in reference to updating me on the progress of the repairs. Joseph explained that my vehicle also needed an oil change and tire rotation. He offered a plan that would allow me 3 oil changes and rotations for $199. He explained the importance of vehicle maintenance. Joseph contacted me to advise me that my vehicle was repaired. He also stated that the oil was changed, the tires were rotated, and the air bag was repaired. Joseph offered me a car wash. When I arrived, Joseph had my vehicle warmed up and looking good. I told him that there was still an alert for the airbag light on Uconnect. He walked me through the process to update the app. He also noticed that the tire pressure was slightly low. He took the vehicle to the repair area and assured me it will be serviced promptly. Joseph returned the keys to me with a full printout of the repairs. Joseph contacted me the next day to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
