Id give negative stars if i could on the service department cant personally comment on sales. I had my car towed in because i was told it would be looked at that day for sure. After TWO WEEKS of cou department cant personally comment on sales. I had my car towed in because i was told it would be looked at that day for sure. After TWO WEEKS of countless calls and getting the run around from at least a half of a dozen people it finally got looked at and they ruled it a starter and quoted me a ridiculous $900 for an $80 part and a 30 minute job so i told them to just roll it back out and i would be there the next day to pick it up. So that night it thunderstormed and "rolled it out" is exactly what they did. Into the middle of nowhere KEY IN THE ON POSITION WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN. So as you could imagine car got rained in battery was dead ect. Service was already gone but there was a salesman there that i notified of this and let him know i wasnt taking my car with a dead battery as i did not bring it in with a dead battery. Well..... 2 weeks go by and i leave the car there just to see if they are ever gonna charge it. (They never did picked car up dead battery) paid a shop $120 and picked up a starter for $83. $203vs$900. More

Went there on the 17th for a very very simple wiring job. Hooking up the wires for towing. Every video online show people doing it in less then 35 to 45 mins. After my van got pulled into the back 3 people were looking at the instructions that should have been a red flag for me to leave but I stayed. 25 minutes later a guy comes up to me saying "Its going to be about 2 2.5 hrs for us to do the job because it's custom wiring.." I asked why so long videos show it taking less then 45 mins he assured me it wouldn't be that fast. Needless to say I left. Won't be going there very easy to see they love to milk the clock on jobs More
