Buying a Vehicle I bought a vehicle from here. The same day the check engine light came on. I had to bring the vehicle back and it has been there for almost 2 weeks no I bought a vehicle from here. The same day the check engine light came on. I had to bring the vehicle back and it has been there for almost 2 weeks now. I have not gotten an update yet as to when or what is actually wrong with the vehicle. They were nice about it and I do like the vehicle and am satisfied with the space it provides and the smoothness of the ride, but would really like to enjoy driving it before my first payment is due. More

Jordan the salesman was very knowledgeable of the cars he showed me, every question I asked he knew the answer not once did he say I can find out or I can get back with you on that. He was patient with me- I took 3 trips into the dealership and looked and test drove different cars. The best price for my trade in than any dealership between the Indiana line to Laporte Indiana. Never did they downgrade or pick at my trade like other dealerships, they gave me an excellent market value for my trade and best price for my new car. Other dealerships talked down to me-my opinion-because I was a single woman. Not this dealership. Jordan gave me respect and answered all my questions. Made my buying experience an easy one.He was laid back and down to earth no pressure to make my decision in a hurry. Once I made my mind up on buying the car I was out the door and driving my new car in record time. Chris the sales manager was excellent as well.
