Had a known issue with AC looked at by Cory. He refilled my Freon to see if that was the issue. When we realized that didn’t fix it he found the issue and fixed it. It took me 3 trips to the service department and my husband calling the service manager and telling him about a service bulletin he found online that described my problem to a tee. Then I was going to have to pay 1400.00 to get my car fixed. My husband again spoke to the service manager and he said since my car was out of warranty we could try calling chrysler. But when I came to pick my car up the manager greeted me at the door and long story short said they would fix it for 400. Now I wonder if Chrysler would have paid the entire bill. My car was only about 5000.00 miles out of warranty at the time I originally brought it in. Please call me with any questions. 314-221-6117. More
