This was single handedly the worst experience I've ever had anywhere in recent memory. It goes something like this: - Takes vehicle in for a safety and emissions inspection - Receive call saying I had anywhere in recent memory. It goes something like this: - Takes vehicle in for a safety and emissions inspection - Receive call saying I need a new upper left ball joint, transmission lines - Received another call stating I needed a front end alignment as well. - Asked about a discount on all of the work, the 10% "shop markup was" removed, so now we're at like 65% margin on the ticket - Pick vehicle up, notice it was making more noise than before, coming from the side that was worked on - Inspected castle bolt and loose cotter pin on work that I paid $1400+ on, questioned work - Used your night drop after talking to staff to have your work rechecked - Your service team gives the vehicle to .... the same tech ... to check his own work - Now all of a sudden the team says I need new front shocks, quoted me $690+. Somehow the shocks were "green" on the multi-point inspection previously and now are "shot" - After your team tried to fleece me further for a diagnostic fee, it was waived after I started complaining that the nature of the visit was to check your own work - I asked about the hood stand/stick which was found detached and placed inside the hood and if it was reconnected. Kyle walks out and I think I spent about 30 minutes while they tried to find a rivet that fit it. - As I'm pulling out, I notice the check engine light is on. I pull back into the garage and ask Kyle to put a code scanner on this before I leave - Kyle scans it, revealing a P0562 code and shrugging it off like it was something benign with the battery. At this point, I leave. Upon further research, it appears P0562 codes should have been taken more seriously. I really should file a complaint with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Motor Vehicle Inspection Unit as well as directly engaging Chrysler to ensure my "satisfaction surveys" for my visits are administered and accounted for. Unless we're talking about recouping my time wasted and some of the $1400+ I flushed in your shop, I don't see a reason to invest more time with your team. More

I was disappointed in the service. I dropped it off for my appt at 930 . I was originally told my car would be ready by the end of the day and I would receive an update early afternoon I dropped it off for my appt at 930 . I had not heard any updates so I called at 1 and again at 230, both times told that my service provider was busy and would call me back. He called me at 330 and said that he was not made aware that I had called. He said it just started getting evaluated after 1 pm and it would not be ready by the end of the day and that I would have to leave it overnight or drive it not knowing exactly what was wrong with it. They also had no rental cars to offer. The service provider told me they were understaffed and that is why everything is taking longer- I completely understand that but then don’t allow people to book appointments if you don’t have the staff to do the work. I also would have appreciated a call telling me that by 1 pm no one had looked at my car despite the appointment being at 930 am. The issues were not even diagnosed until 24 hours after my scheduled appointment. More
