The service i wanted for my car was spot on, but you need to teach your service advisors to be more helpful and to reach them sensitivity. I had mentioned to my service advisor my husband had fallen out of to teach your service advisors to be more helpful and to reach them sensitivity. I had mentioned to my service advisor my husband had fallen out of the attic onto the concrete garage floor. All he could say was did he watch Family Vacation too many times. My husband sustained a fractured skull and numerous broken ribs among other injuries. HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. Also one advisor who was on a personal call would not help me with checkout. He told me I had to see the one who checked me in and that person was already helping someone. I miss Casey Drese! More
My service rep Tony was great he kept me in the loop and answered my questions. The only reason I rated lower was not because of service but because the replacement part that took over a week to arrive and answered my questions. The only reason I rated lower was not because of service but because the replacement part that took over a week to arrive and cost more than 2k is defective. The brand new part had a defective sensor and so vehicle is still not fixed. They have ordered another new part at no cost. Fingers crossed this one is not defective. The poor review is more on Chrysler than the dealer as they are responsible for the defective parts and after researching my issues I’ve found this is not an isolated incident with differentials and many people with same issue still have not had it resolved. Hopefully this dealer can come through. More
Ease of getting a service appointment, work done in a timely manner, did only the work requested, and did not try to sell extra work on my vehicle to me. timely manner, did only the work requested, and did not try to sell extra work on my vehicle to me. More
Service is horrible. I drove my jeep in for the reverse being out. They should have replaced the reverse sensor but instead decided it was the transmission at the cost I drove my jeep in for the reverse being out. They should have replaced the reverse sensor but instead decided it was the transmission at the cost of $7000. They put something in to clean the egr valve but the check engine light was still on and charged use $160 for that. Should have walked the other way when we walked in and a lady was there complaining about her van being in there 6 times for the same thing. I will never be back. We took the jeep to someone else and decided to sell it More

So I was charged $165 for a diagnostic check after my 2016 Dodge Journey kept throwing itself into limp mode, and giving an engine code for a solenoid issue. They contacted me by the next morning and con 2016 Dodge Journey kept throwing itself into limp mode, and giving an engine code for a solenoid issue. They contacted me by the next morning and conclude that I needed a whole transmission replacement based on the computer results, and the technician saying that my transmission fluid was in terrible shape. A month or so prior, I had a transmission specialist tell me my fluid looked great and they thought it might be a computer module issue. I had not driven my car for about a month after it started acting up again. Then to be quoted a $7,000 job to replace the transmission, seemed a bit absurd. I took my car to a highly recommended transmission shop in the area, they replaced the solenoid pack, and the pressure sensor, gaskets, fluid, and the rest of the transmission passed their inspection. So $1,200 is what it actually cost me to get my car back on the road and my transmission running like a champ. David Taylor needs to start doing criminal background checks on their service department, because this kind of overinflated diagnosis could be considered robbery. It's this kind of business that makes many people avoid taking their vehicles to dealership service departments for anything after their warranty coverage has ended. I'm also sure the Better Business Bureau would like to know about this too. More
