We took my Jeep in for an oil change and to check out the starter after it had a few issues starting correctly at home. Brand new car in the shop 3 weeks out of the 6 weeks of ownership! The second time I took the car in, it took 1 hour for them to get me a loaner car. I will not be back. I sent my vehicle in for recalls and for a warranty concern. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and was within tolerance. When I sent my vehicle in for recalls and for a warranty concern. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and was within tolerance. When I asked what the tolerance was and where my vehicle ended up in that tolerance I was informed that it was the mechanic and there was no tolerance. The vehicle is still not correct and will be going to another dealership to actually fix it. For the recall that it was in for I ended up fixing it as it was leaking fuel when I got the vehicle back.
