Great Service! Home screen went out on our 2017 Pacifica. Gave me a free rental car and pulled it in out of the pouring rain so wife and daughter wouldnt get soaked. Next day they called and stated the system just needed an update and van was raedy to go. He said they were open till 11pm that night and we could come any time. I was treated like i was the only customer they had! Great service, better people. The young guy who helped us couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. This is another reason this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Royal Gate Ellisville and will keep buying from them. More

Friendly and efficient I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. When I drove up to the service area, I was greeted by a smiling Kenny who WELCOMED ME, and then took my keys. He directed me to the receptionist behind the desk. Cortney was very friendly. We set up my oil change and tire rotation. When I looked out the window, they were driving my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee into a service area. I have all my oil changes done here since 2010 , and I know the people. We talk as if we were old friends. The young man, Charlie, who serviced my vehicle was quick, efficient and friendly. I was in and out in a very reasonable time and on my way. I do recommend the Oil Change are at Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. More

I expect better communication from Royal Gate Dodge as I have been a customer for MANY years. To change policy without informing the customer, is not a good way to keep long standing customers.
