Oil was leaking worse after repairing rear main seal at this dealership. Took it back in to diagnose the leak, they said it was valve cover and oil pan, but appears that the tech didn’t check the work they this dealership. After the new services were performed at a price higher than previously agreed upon and being told the oil leak was fixed, oil was still leaking in front of their service department. It was discovered in less than 10 minutes that it was still the rear main seal, meaning the other services were not necessary to fix the 1 qt a day oil leak. They were nice enough to redo the rear main seal and after a lot of discussion only charged me for parts for the other 2 plus oil change. More
When I called to schedule an oil change the woman on the phone was very rude. I was required to provide a VIN number just to schedule an oil change. After 3.5 hours of waiting for my vehicle to completed for a scheduled oil change appointment, I called to check on it and was told someone would call me back. No one called so I went up there to check in person. They were too busy to help me in person and told me they had issues my car and he would call me back by the end of day to give me an update. He finally called me back to tell me it needed a part that they needed to order and that I could pick my car up that day and they would let me know when the part comes in to have it put on. When I picked up my car, he only gave me my oil change receipt, no inspection report or documentation of the part that needs to be replaced. Over a week later I still haven’t heard back from them about the part. More

Took our vehicle in left it there for over a week. Was told when we picked it up absolutely nothing was wrong with it. We've had it home for less then a week 5 days to be exact and the car is complete Was told when we picked it up absolutely nothing was wrong with it. We've had it home for less then a week 5 days to be exact and the car is completely dead. Had it jumped with no access, took battery in to be checked (battery bought 7/22) battery was still good. Now being told the alternator is completely out. When it was in your shop the vehicle was still under the 30 day warranty now of course its not. Now warranty company is now fighting us to get it fixed. When we left the vehicle at your dealership we were told the mechanics would run it as much as possible because the car runs great until it's used regularly and often. Sitting in your parking alot isn't running it to see what happens when it craps out after being ran regularly. We now have to figure out how to get it to the 3rd place. This is a dodge vehicle and was taken to a dodge dealship for it to come home and die after being told everything is perfect with it and no issues. More

When I made the appointment, I was very clear that I needed a viper tech. Was told no problem. When I arrived, everyone acted surprised that I showed up w a viper. Then the service advisor locked the keys in the car and tried to suggest that the car locked itself. Had to take the shuttle to my house in eureka to get second set of keys. Time suck. More
