Had an oil change and a recall performed on my Jeep last Monday. Dropped of the vehicle at 7:30 and was told that my advisor will contact me upon the completion of service. Called myself at around noon. Got Monday. Dropped of the vehicle at 7:30 and was told that my advisor will contact me upon the completion of service. Called myself at around noon. Got no answer about the progress on my car but was told that the advisor got notified to call me. I had to call back at 2:30 to inquire on the progress again since my advisor didn’t call me. This time the person answering the call went and checked on the progress herself and informed me that my jeep is ready. I checked the paperwork and it said the job was completed at 12:15. Wasted 2 hours of my day! More

There is no ETA on how long it is going to take to fix my car, and i am left on my own to find a transportation in the meanwhile. More

I am very disappointed in the outcome of my service call this week at David Taylor dealership I went in for an oil change which was done very well but also to get my Uconnect system could not unlock the Map this week at David Taylor dealership I went in for an oil change which was done very well but also to get my Uconnect system could not unlock the Maps and I was told to take it to the dealership they could fix it because loading updated maps would not fix the problem. Iconnect2invest people said the dealership needs to fix the w. The dealership at the end told me the software update could possibly crash the entire system. I spent $290 for something they should have told me before they worked on it. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else with the same problem. More
