I'm very disappointed in my recent service experience here. I come to you guys because you are conveniently located for me. I have tried unsuccessfully in the past to book online, something to do with here. I come to you guys because you are conveniently located for me. I have tried unsuccessfully in the past to book online, something to do with my info being loaded wrong in your system. So my last appointment I called, but when I showed up I wasn't scheduled. You guys got me in anyway for my oil change. I was told I needed induction service, 4x4 service, and brake fluid service as well. I hesitated but was assured I would be treated fairly. I could have waited and shopped around... After doing some research, I believe my loyalty was taken advantage of. It looks like 20% high conservatively. Also, after my visit I was contacted 3 times by phone for a follow up survey. I spoke with 2 different people. Why all the calls? I also received 4 text messages this month to fill out a survey! As someone who runs a business that relies on customer feedback and uses surveys, I would never inundate customers with all these contacts. I spoke with your team, why do I need 3 more calls and 4 text messages? I'll probably be taking my business to the previous dealership even though it's a further drive. Love Jeeps and I'll probably be purchasing my 3rd in another year or so... More
