Poor communication, never forwarded estimate to correct email provided on night drop paperwork. Hostile attitude by service technician. Did absolutely the bare minimum on diagnostic. Ended up not getting Jeep serviced at location and ended up selling Jeep to CarMax. Will never buy a Jeep again due to dealership experience. Purchased a Honda to replace Jeep More

Came in for a 34. 5' tire size recal and squeak in front driver brake. Wasn't quoted anything for tire recall, had it flashed for 33' previously for a Mopar tire reflas 5' tire size recal and squeak in front driver brake. Wasn't quoted anything for tire recall, had it flashed for 33' previously for a Mopar tire reflash program $153, was told it would be that plus $199, I declined. Also was told needed to be picked up and brought back to dealer 4-4:30, got a call 4:15 saying truck was done and couldn't get ahold of anyone until 4:25, gave address and phone number and said shuttle was out on a run but would call when on the way. Never heard anything, I ended up going downstairs at 5:05 and seeing shuttle driver parked outside, glad I went downstairs to check. Driver said wasn't given a phone number for me, said he was only waiting 5 minutes. Was supposed to pick my kids up from daycare by 5:30, had to have someone pick them up for me since I wouldn't have made it in time. Vehicle concern was fixed, but not thrilled about shuttle service communication (drivers themselves were great) and was not thrilled about being quoted more than a service plan stated for tire recal. Will go back to other dealer that did it previously. More
