We were very dissatisfied with our service visit. This was the 1st time to have work done on our van. My parents referred us to you and we were unsatisfied. We dropped off our van on a Thursday and we're was the 1st time to have work done on our van. My parents referred us to you and we were unsatisfied. We dropped off our van on a Thursday and we're told the work would be done and ready for pick up on Friday. After not getting a phone call about our van we checked on it Friday afternoon around 3. We then received a call back stating that the day had gotten away and our van would not be done until Tuesday. We feel we should have received a call earlier in the day instead of when we called to check on the vehicle. We are not sure why other service techs could not finish the job on Saturday or Monday. We were without a vehicle for the whole weekend. More
