Our 2012 Grand Jeep Cherokee was in on Monday for a recall. At that time it was advised 'new' engine springs were needed. We paid for those and upon pick up the car completely locked up. Thus it was recall. At that time it was advised 'new' engine springs were needed. We paid for those and upon pick up the car completely locked up. Thus it was towed and then another $450 dollars in repairs. For a car that was working COMPLETELY FINE prior to the recall and then ended up with $1300 in work - something DOES NOT add up at all. My first appointment for my oil change was cancelled due to the computers being out. I drove all the way from High Ridge. Not very good customer service. You need a backup system so you can at least let your customers know if there’s a problem.
