Had an appointment for 8:30 AM for a 3 hour software update recall. They called me at 2 PM stating that they wouldn’t be able to get to it today and that it would have to wait until tomorrow. When I asked what’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t get your car at the appointment time. They said that the appointment time is just a “spot to get your car in line for the day, not when it gets seen.” How does this make any sense? When you go to your doctor’s appointment at 8:30 AM, do you get placed in a waiting line and then wait for someone to tell you at 2 PM that they can’t see you that day? No, you are seen by the doctor at or around your appointment time. More
