The service center is an absolute joke.. I’ve left 3 messages in the last week for the service manager to call me back and have yet to hear from anyone. Bought a new vehicle.. part of the deal was that messages in the last week for the service manager to call me back and have yet to hear from anyone. Bought a new vehicle.. part of the deal was that the fuel tank would be removed from the old vehicle AND installed in the new. They removed the tank, returned back with the new truck a few days later for install, and after 2 hours, informed me that it would not be installed, as they don’t install tanks, and demanded $100+tax for their time and refused to give my keys back until the wasted time was compensated.. but my 2 plus hours of lost wages was not compensated?? Communication is severely lacking, and the maturity of the employees in service are similar to that of some teenage boys. Unprofessional is not strong enough to describe the incompetence. More
Price seemed high but car was already there. Original radiator should last longer then it did. I went to the dealership because I had an issue with an older (1998) Chrysler Cirrus. I was told that the cost to diagnose the problem would be $160, which I thought was fair. I was also told that they would run some computer diagnostics on the car. There was a problem with the horn honking intermittently. After 2 days, they could not get the horn to honk intermittently. On the way home, the car honked. I called the dealership, and I was told to bring it back and there wouldn’t be another $160. So, Monday afternoon, I’m bringing the car back for a Tuesday morning appointment. Byron, the Service Advisor was very nice and helpful. He showed my wife and me about the security system, which works differently than any other car I’ve had. Thank you Byron!! The ladies who helped me make the appointment are very courteous and helpful. A very nice experience for my wife and me. Thank you! More

Casey told me if i wanted car serviced here, I'd need to get my own ride. Said shuttle doesn't go to Eureka. Too far. Couldn't determine problem 2nd time. Didn't listen to description of po roblem. I couldnt get car started 2x in Oklahoma City, then in Jamestown, NM again, unable to start car fir an hour in the heat. Called my mechanic in California said whatever you do don't turn car off again til u get here. Gas up with engine running. If need to stop and sleep keep car running with windows open. More
I asked to have my ramp van serviced for a non ramp issue. After charging me, they told me to take it to the ramp company. If they weren't going to service my vehicle because of the ramp they could hav issue. After charging me, they told me to take it to the ramp company. Service was very good. Casey was great and Chris was super helpful with adding another item for Chrysler to look into. They did what they said they would, they found a small leak which could’ve been a h super helpful with adding another item for Chrysler to look into.
