Clean, well organized, Matt was a friendly service writer. Honestly, I’ve driven my repaired vehicle a total of 20 miles. I can say it started and ran. That’s about all I can say at this point. I can absolutely say Matt in service was friendly and I was offered a ride home after I dropped the vehicle off (which I didn’t need) I’m going to presume the hourly labor rate is in line with other dealers but I don’t know. I’m also going to presume that dealer hourly rates are the highest that are charged by any garage, shop or service center in any market for vehicle service. There really wasn’t any other customer service rendered or requested. Based on the little I have to go on, I don’t think I could give a strong recommend nor could I do the opposite. At this point I have nothing to be dissatisfied about. More
