The value of the service did not match the cost. Your dealership charged me $92 for service that I can get at another Chrysler dealership for much less. When we entered the department, no one was at the desk and it took me wandering around the service department to find someone. I don't know who i eventually worked with so the name I picked may not have been the actual person to get my rating.
