Service was fine. Byron was nice. The major issue I have was around the diagnostic charge. In three months we have now been charged 159 each time just confirm what is wrong. Did not fix my Jeep. Had it way too long! Service advisor was rude and said it couldn’t be fixed as there was an after market part installed. Said I had a bad battery that was causing the communication loss was rude and said it couldn’t be fixed as there was an after market part installed.
