Got our car towed to their service center early Monday morning. Got it checked in and looked at early Tuesday morning, verified problems and had needed parts in stock. The body and service shops do not coordinate with each other. I dealt with one service writer and he did not listen to me or my husband - would have saved a lot of time and aggravation. He was well versed in dealing with disgruntled customers though - 5 stars for that. Customer service, not so much. After spending $1,000 on a part replacement you would think you could drive off the lot a happy customer. Didn’t happen. Not once was I shown the part that was replaced. And an extreme amount of residual oil was present. The service manager was less enthusiastic about customer service when I wanted to show him the situation wasn’t fixed. Instead he sent a porter to assess the problem. More
