No one answers the phone to make an appointment. Called the salesperson to get someone from service to call. Made an appointment for 10:30 am to have oil change. 3500 diesel dually. The service writer was sitting in the room right off of the cashier looking at computer. Finally they brought ticket and keys. And y’all have the xxxxx to charge $200.00 for an oil change. More
