Mike Wilson who assisted me was very informative about what my car is in need of here soon. He wasn’t pressuring me to purchase tires now in fact he was nice enough to offer to call me in October when the what my car is in need of here soon. Service was good as my issue was corrected with a programming upgrade. But I feel that Jeep Chrysler should have been proactive and send me information without it becoming an issue for me as the cust programming upgrade.
