Called in and made an appointment a week prior. Showed up early to my appointment and there was no record of me having an appointment. They fit me in, no call to say my Jeep was finished. I left my wheel loc early to my appointment and there was no record of me having an appointment. They fit me in, no call to say my Jeep was finished. I left my wheel lock key in the cup holder. Assumed that’s where it would have been left. Couldn’t find it only to be told it was in the rear storage compartment. I had to call to follow up the next day even though I left my number. I’ll probably drive further for better service. More

I bring in my 2011 Dodge Caravan van for any repairs, etc. I have always been treated with respect with some humor inserted but that's great. Everyone was really nice and helpful, the service was great. However, I was the only one wearing a mask and I felt really awkward and out of place and being an out of towner I wasn’t sure if it was safe great.
