Mike G was great in expediting the repair of radiator and transmission. Mike and the technician were not able to solve automatic headlight dimmer issue. The workers seemed to have positive attitudes. I have had a good experience with them, but i have had some bad experiences with them. My 2005 RAM 2500 went through service & inspection with no problems & 5 stars for that. Now the 2014 Journey we have in service now is 1 star. There’s a clicking noise in the HVAC system that needs to be f no problems & 5 stars for that. Now the 2014 Journey we have in service now is 1 star. There’s a clicking noise in the HVAC system that needs to be fixed, so we’re willing to pay. But the price is literally theft. I researched the actuator they said is needed at $595, and I couldn’t find any actuator on the whole vehicle that costs more than $120. And that doesn’t Include labor? With labor it’s $1200. The brain distribution box for the ABS system is only $495. And that’s way more complex than an HVAC electric actuator. So with that said, I’m gonna see what the final bill is and if it’s what the service manager already says it is, I’m going to the Better Business Bureau. So, they better get it right! And stop playing people for fools. I’m paying the Bill because it’s my girlfriends car and she needs dependable transportation for her work at a hospital. I’m a Dodge fan, but we’ll see if I’ma David Taylor Ellisville fan after we pick up her car! Oh, and by the way, I’m a FAA Certified Aircraft Mechanic, so I know what I’m talking about!!! More

Service writer was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and only replaced what was needed. Brought my Jeep in for rear brakes and possibly front brakes as well.
